We deliver products within 5 to 10 days to the United States, Canada, and Australia.

Please bear in mind that the estimated delivery date includes:

  • Fulfillment time: the time to create your products, which depends on the product.

  • Shipping time: the time to deliver from the print partner to the delivery address, which depends on the production country, delivery country, shipping method selected, the status of the network, and other factors.

  • Process: We will investigate and find a solution.

  • Resolution: If your claim is validated by our quality assurance team, we will send a complimentary replacement order.

  • Alternative: If unable to replace or if your customers cannot wait, a refund can be provided upon request.

  • Tolerance Level: Color variations within acceptable tolerance levels are not covered under our quality guarantee.Defective or Damaged Products

  • Criteria: Defective or damaged products, errors in quantity, or lack of quality.

  • Resolution: Costs of a new order will be covered.

Lost Orders Policy

  • Claim Period: Contact us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date.

  • Resolution: A replacement order will be sent.

Return Policy

  • Returned by Customer: Returns not supported due to personalized products.

  • Costs: Liable for costs of a new order if desired.

Returned to Sender Policy

  • Resolution: Place a new order, report the issue, refund for product price, pay for shipping only.

Wrong Address
  • Action: Insufficient address leads to safe disposal, new order with updated address at your cost.

Rejected by Recipient
  • Action: Rejection leads to safe disposal, new order with updated address at your cost.

Unclaimed
  • Scenario: Unclaimed orders may be returned to the sender.

  • Resolution: Place a new order, report the issue, refund for product price, pay for shipping costs only (shipping costs still apply).
